For fabricators, every extra trip to the jobsite cuts into profit. Solution
We brought in advanced digital templating backed by powerful editing software to capture every surface in detail. High points, low points, and even irregular planes are mapped meticulously — vertical, horizontal, or otherwise. From there, the system offset the material to the exact thickness at the highest point, locking in perfectly level countertops from the start. The same workflow applied to waterfall legs: offsets and overhangs were defined digitally, so miters aligned with precision before fabrication even began. Walls and floors were templated as exact polylines, ensuring the fabricator could manufacture installation-ready components that dropped into place without guesswork. The payoff?
